"This is in response to Curtis Marion who wrote a review about his wife’s experience at Wise Choice Jewelers. Curtis was not present when his wife came in to have her ring cut off her finger, her ring was a thicker band and was cutting into her finger, we couldn’t have used our ring cutting tool for this task. She asked me what she could do for the swelling in her hands, I asked her if she was retaining water,_Sometimes when you retain water your hands and fingers will swell. This has happened to many people including myself. I have found that a ring may not fit in the AM hours, but will be a perfect fit in the PM._I did not make this about a weight issue, as I recall this customer was a beautiful woman who needed help._I suggested she go to the firehouse that is around the corner from our store. They are the only place I know of that could safely cut her ring off. I learned about this from a customer who volunteered at the firehouse. It is unfortunate that this customer’s experience was unpleasant and perhaps a bit misunderstood, but I would like Curtis and his beautiful wife to know, it was never my intention to upset anyone."

"Always had a good experience with this local shop. They have repaired several of my wife's rings and necklaces with no issues. I only bring my watches and jewel to this location for repairs. Why go anywhere else when it gets done locally and within an acceptable price range."

"I have never had service like this anywhere else. I had numerous pieces of jewelry that I needed appraised. Kim was so helpful and informative. She completely went above and beyond to help. And at the same time so understanding since this was from an inheritance. I will definitely be coming back for all my other jewelry needs and sending all my friends and family here as well."

"Had my watch repaired here. Lovely smaller shop on old Main in Cibolo. The people inside were very friendly and allowed me to browse afterwards with no pressure.__Watch was fixed in a short time and for a very reasonable price. Would come back again."
